I had discovered two cases of individuals taking my work from this website, placing it on another website and presenting it as if it were their own material. Both issues have now been resolved. The plagiarized material was taken from my essays "History: Who are the Hereros?" and "German Marines and Sailors, Part 1". Here are the details:
CASE 1: MY ESSAY "HISTORY: WHO ARE THE HEREROS?"
Someone had plagiarized my entire essay "Who are the Hereros?"

and posted it on Facebook as their own material. The plagiarist even had the unmitigated gall to take the "Copyright Dr. Roy S. Jones, Jr, 2006-2015" notification at the bottom of my essay, remove my name from my copyright notification, and replace my name with their own name.
I informed Facebook of this blatant plagiarism and copyright violation. After conducting an Intellectual Property investigation, Facebook has removed/disabled access to the plagiarized post.
CASE 2: MY ESSAY "GERMAN MARINES AND SAILORS, PART 1"
Someone had plagiarized several sections from my essay "German Marines and Sailors, Part 1"

and placed it on a webpage about Imperial German Marines on the GlobalSecurity.org website.
I informed GlobalSecurity.org about this matter. I received a prompt and gracious response from John Pike, Director of Globalsecurity.org. GlobalSecurity.org's webpage on Imperial German Marines has now been corrected so that I am properly cited and the original quotes from my essay are used. In addition a link to my essay has been added as a resource for the webpage.
